How this site and our client work are governed. Your services agreement always comes first.

Using this site

newdigi.ai is published by newdigi, a digital marketing studio in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. The content on the site, including the copy, design and code, belongs to newdigi or the clients it credits, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Client work

Website builds, monthly plans, automations and marketing services are delivered under a short written services agreement signed before work begins. If anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement wins. The summary below is how we work by default.

• Ownership. Your domain is yours from day one. Your site files, copy and content are yours once the build is paid. Automations run on a platform we configure for you; on cancellation we document each one and what it sends, hand that over, and the running services stop.
• Monthly plans. Care, Optimize and Growth plans are billed monthly in advance. Unless your agreement says otherwise, they run on a 12-month term that renews automatically each year. You can end a plan by giving 30 days written notice before the end of the current term. We export your site and remove our access.
• Build fees. Website builds and additional automations are quoted in writing and invoiced on delivery unless your agreement sets a schedule.
• Scope. Work outside what's written in your agreement is quoted before it's done. We'll always tell you when something is out of scope and what it would cost.
• Your part. Builds and automations depend on you supplying content, approvals and access on time. Timelines count from the day we have what we need.

Results

The results on this site are real client numbers, shared with permission, and describe what happened for those businesses. They aren't a promise of what will happen for yours. Search rankings, ad costs, lead volumes and AI search results depend on factors neither of us control.

Text messaging terms

If you opt in to text messages from newdigi, by checking the box on a form, texting our number, or asking us to text you:

• You'll receive replies to your enquiry, booking confirmations and reminders, and, if you agreed to it, occasional updates about our services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email hayden@newdigi.ai.
• Your mobile number and opt-in are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Invoices are due on receipt. Monthly plans are charged to a card on file. Late payments may pause services after written notice.

Liability

We do careful work and stand behind it, but we can't be responsible for losses that come from things outside our control, including third-party platforms, hosting outages, changes to search engines or ad networks, or content you supply. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
